Abliterant is an AI research lab building unrestricted open-weight models. We remove learned refusals, publish the evidence, and offer Abliterant Chat.

Abliteration modifies model weights to reduce learned refusal behavior. It is not a prompt asking a model to ignore instructions. Reducing refusals does not automatically improve accuracy or capability; those need separate evaluation.

Our model directory links to published weights, model cards, and recorded evaluations on Hugging Face. RANA is available in BF16, FP8, GGUF, and MLX formats. These are formats of one model family, not four independent models.

Yes. Further model releases are planned. We list releases when they are published rather than announcing dates or specifications before they are ready.

Model weights, model cards, and release results are published on Hugging Face. The RANA editing recipe and code are not published, and the application repositories are private. Open weights are not the same as a fully open-source development pipeline.

Our hosted AI chat product. Use it in your browser, return to saved conversations, and manage your account and plan in the same workspace. Downloadable research models and models served in Chat are separate offerings.

Free includes up to 10 chat messages per UTC day, with no payment required. Pro includes up to 200 chat messages per UTC day for $20 USD per month by card, or $20 USD for 30 prepaid days paid with cryptocurrency. Both plans include saved conversations and account management.

Daily message allowances reset at 00:00 UTC; unused messages do not carry over. Sending an edited message or regenerating a reply also uses one message. Pro changes the daily allowance; it is not a promise of faster inference or access to every future model release.

Open Billing inside Chat to manage your plan. Card subscriptions renew monthly; choose Manage card subscription to cancel future renewals. Pro continues through the paid period. Cryptocurrency payments cover 30 prepaid days and do not renew automatically.

We review card and cryptocurrency refund requests case by case. Email support@abliterant.ai with your account email and payment reference. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. Your rights under applicable law are unaffected; see the refund terms.

The published model cards include recorded evaluations and their limitations. Those research results are not service-level or performance guarantees for hosted Chat, other runtimes, or other model formats.

Chat is for people aged 18 or older. Open Abliterant Chat and sign in or create an account. Your saved conversations, account settings, usage, and billing are all in that workspace. Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Yes. To add Google or GitHub to an existing account, sign in first and connect the provider under Account settings in Chat. Accounts are not automatically linked by matching email addresses. GitHub sign-in requires a verified primary email.

No. The community and your Chat account are separate. Join the community if you want to discuss releases, share findings, or give feedback.

Email support@abliterant.ai for account, billing, or privacy questions. Keep payment details and private conversations out of community posts.

Never post passwords, session cookies, access tokens, or private conversations in community channels. Remove sensitive information from screenshots, logs, and code before sharing.

We do not retain conversation data. Read the retention policy.

Chat messages are processed by our hosted inference and moderation services.

We do not use your conversations to train Abliterant models.
