Accounts and eligibility
Abliterant Chat is for people aged 18 or older. Chat asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older and to accept these Terms. By creating an account or using Chat, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Chat.
You can close your account in Chat settings at any time. Closing your account cancels a card subscription immediately and does not by itself issue a refund; see Refund requests.
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for the activity you authorize through your account.
The service
Chat provides AI-generated conversations, saved history, and account management in your browser. The Chat page describes the current features and plans. A Pro subscription increases the daily message allowance; it does not guarantee faster responses or access to every future model.
AI responses can be incorrect, incomplete, or offensive. Check important information before relying on it. Chat is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular result.
Plans and cancellation
Free includes up to 10 messages per UTC day. Pro includes up to 200 messages per UTC day for $20 USD per month by card, or $20 USD for 30 prepaid days with cryptocurrency. Both plans include saved conversations. Sending a message, sending an edited message, or regenerating a reply each uses one message. Allowances reset at 00:00 UTC; unused messages do not carry over.
Card subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Open Billing inside Chat and choose Manage card subscription to cancel future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with Pro access continuing through that period.
Cryptocurrency payments buy a prepaid period and do not renew automatically. Pro activates after the payment provider confirms the required payment. The payment page gives the cryptocurrency amount and payment instructions.
Prices are stated in US dollars. Review the total shown at checkout before confirming payment. Your bank or wallet may apply its own conversion or network fees.
Refund requests
We review refund requests for card and cryptocurrency purchases case by case. Email support@abliterant.ai with your account email and the relevant payment reference. Do not send full card details, wallet private keys, or passwords.
Requesting a refund does not guarantee approval. Canceling a subscription does not itself issue a refund. This policy does not limit refund, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that apply by law.
Use of Chat
Use the service lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not use it to sexually exploit minors, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, access accounts without permission, bypass service safeguards or usage limits, or disrupt the service.
Automated moderation is part of Chat, but it does not make every response accurate, lawful, or appropriate for every use. A model's willingness to answer is not permission to act on that answer.
Your content and model releases
You retain any rights you have in the content you submit. You authorize us and our service providers to process that content to operate Chat, generate responses, provide support, and protect the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Generated responses may resemble responses given to others. You are responsible for checking outputs and having the rights needed for your use of inputs and outputs. We do not guarantee that an output is unique or free of third-party rights.
If you create a share link, anyone with the link can read the shared conversation. Share only content you have the right to share; you are responsible for what you share. You can remove a share link at any time, and Abliterant may also remove share links.
Downloaded model weights and related materials are governed by the licenses published with each release. These Terms do not replace those licenses.
Restrictions and changes
We may restrict or suspend access for violations of these Terms, nonpayment, or a security threat. Contact support if you believe a restriction was made in error. Any applicable consumer rights remain in place.
We may update the service and these Terms. Updated Terms will appear on this page with a new date. We will provide any additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
